VIVAnews - Seven alleged terrorists were arrested in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. "There's no gunshot. Seven suspects are taken in by the police," a witness said on the spot today, May 7.
According to another witness who owns a stall in front of the scene, the apprehended did not come from the neighborhood.
They rent a two-story house in a small complex of two rented homes.
The raid took place around 5 pm in the afternoon yesterday. "All of [the arrested] are men," the witness said.
The house from which the suspects were caughts is now locked. Yet, no police line is installed on the scene.
The South Jakarta police department was not involved in the roundup. "Seven men were arrested. The operation was done by the Special Detachment 88," said Chief of Crime and Investigation Division of South Jakarta Police Dept Comm. Nurdi Satriaji on Thursday, May 6.
